What this site does

Kernaali Tools is an independent collection of browser-local calculators, configuration helpers and concise technical references. It covers address planning, packet overhead, link capacity and routine administration.

Method and limitations

Calculations use published standards and documented models. Each tool names its assumptions and links to technical references. Address arithmetic is checked against independent test vectors. A calculator cannot know your full topology, vendor behavior or change policy: review outputs in that context.

AI-assisted development was used to create this release, with automated arithmetic checks and browser testing. That process does not make every result infallible. Corrections should include the tool, input, observed output and expected result with a technical source where possible.
